Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unless the return is due to a product quality issue, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt via email.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears.
