Return & Exchange
If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned items must meet the conditions listed below and must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
1. How to Request a Return
Please contact our customer support team at support@jyntho.com within 14 days after delivery and provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your order details.
2. Return Shipping
After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible and send the package through your local post office or courier service.
We recommend that you keep the return receipt and tracking number, as this will help us process your return more quickly.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• Items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with original packaging.
• Items sent back without prior authorization from our customer service team will not be accepted.
• The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, masks, beauty products, and accessories.
3. Refund Processing
After we receive your returned package and confirm that the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
4. Partial Refunds
If your order contains multiple items, you may request a return or refund only for the eligible item(s) you are not satisfied with, provided the returned item(s) comply with this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@jyntho.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or is already in transit, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jyntho.com.
Important Return Address Notice
Please do not return any item to the address shown on the package label. That address may not be our designated return facility. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address may delay processing or may not be accepted.
